Our tuition is on a per pupil basis.  Tuition information is as follows:

1.  Tuition Payment in Full  There is a $25.00 discount if tuition is paid in full.  An invoice will be sent for August 2010 payment.   

2.  Tuition Payments by the Month  Facts Tuition Management Co. handles monthly tuition payments. It involves a bank to bank withdrawal. It also necessitates the completion of a contract in April. Payments are made over 10 or 11 months and usually begin in July.  There is a $38.00 transaction fee by Facts Tuition Management.

Your family fundraising obligation is part of the tuition obligation and is applicable for all students.  If you participate in the designated MAJOR FUNDRAISERS, you may receive credits to this fee.  These fundraisers have included the QSP Christmas Catalog Gift Sale with 50% of your sales credited to your obligation, the Grocery Certificates (5%), Fund-It Gift Cards (% varies) and Cookie Dough Sales (40%).  Participation in all fundraisers is optional. The balance, if any, of this payment is due by May 15, 2011.

*St. Francis Xavier and All Other PARISHIONERS may apply for aid from their parish and forms are available in school office. 

*DIOCESAN ST. MARY’S EDUCATIONAL FUND SCHOLARSHIPS Applications are available in school office. If aid is verified, tuition payments will be lowered to reflect aid.
